Mit dem Programm NEUSTART hat der Fonds Soziokultur zum ersten Mal eine prozessorientierte Förderung angeboten. Dies ist nur eines der Ergebnisse der Evaluation und der Gespräche, die der Fonds zu Beginn der Pandemie mit Kulturschaffenden geführt hat.

Seit 2020 wird dieser Prozess von Dr. Adhikari (Digital Identities) geleitet. In seiner Keynote berichtet er von dieser Re:Vision-Reise – wie wir mit großen Ideen begannen und sie durch eine Reihe kleiner Schritte umsetzten. Er wird praktische Einblicke geben, um zu erklären, wie Konzepte wie Interdisziplinarität, Internationalisierung, Vielfalt und Integration in der Praxis aussehen. Er wird auch auf eine wichtige Frage eingehen, die uns alle beschäftigt: Warum fühlen sich Veränderungen so unangenehm an?

Through the NEUSTART programme, Fonds Soziokultur has, for the first time, offered process-based funding. This is just one of the outcomes from evaluations and the conversations the fund has had with cultural practitioners since the start of the pandemic.

Since 2020, Dr Adhikari (Digital Identities) has directed this process. In his keynote, he will share insights gained from this Re:Vision journey – how we started with big ideas and implemented them in a series of small steps. He will offer practical insights to explain what concepts, such as interdisciplinarity, internationalization, diversity, and inclusion, look like in actual practice. He will also address an important question that is on all of our minds – Why does change feel so uncomfortable?
