Hinweise zu Foto- und Videoaufnahmen
Während des Kongresses werden Bild- und Videoaufnahmen erstellt. Nachfolgend informieren wir Sie über die Art und Zwecke der Aufnahmen, über die Rechtsgrundlagen und Ihre Rechte.
Für unsere Öffentlichkeits- und Netzwerkarbeit sind wir auf Ihre Hilfe angewiesen. Sie können uns unterstützen, indem Sie sich fotografieren und filmen lassen, damit wir die Vielfalt und die Lebendigkeit der Szene abbilden können.
Wenn Sie eine Abbildung Ihrer Person nicht wollen, teilen Sie uns das am Empfang des Kongresses mit. Sie erhalten dann einen Aufkleber, den Sie gut sichtbar am Körper tragen. Die Fotograf*innen und das ÖA-Personal werden darauf achten, Sie nicht abzulichten oder die Aufnahmen mit Ihnen im Anschluss nicht zu veröffentlichen.
Die Bildaufnahmen werden zu den folgenden Zwecken verwendet:
Bereitstellung der Aufnahmen für die Teilnehmer*innen; Interne Bilddatenbank bzw. Bildarchiv; Vereinsinterne Nutzung; Verwendung im internen Netzwerk (Intranet); Bereitstellung an Sponsoren/ Partner; Präsentation und Bewerbung unser eigenen Leistungen; Hinweise auf weitere und auf ähnliche Veranstaltungen; Unsere eigenen Printmedien und vergleichbaren Publikationen; unsere eigenen Werbezwecke; Öffentliche Berichterstattung über die Veranstaltung; Öffentlichkeitsarbeit; Verwendung auf unserer Website (profil-soziokultur.de sowie fonds-soziokultur.de); Veröffentlichung in sozialen Medien (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube); Weitergabe von Bildaufnahmen an die Presse und Medien; Künstlerische Zwecke; Referenz für Fotograf*innen; Verwendung in Videoproduktionen; Videoberichterstattung zur Veranstaltung; Verwendung für Unterricht/Lehre; Jahrbücher und vergleichbare Aufzeichnungen; Vortrags- und Anschauungszwecke.
Art der Aufnahmen: Fotografien und Videoaufnahmen.
Rechtsgrundlagen der Aufnahmen: Information der Öffentlichkeit und Wahrnehmung gesetzlicher Aufgaben gem. Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. e. DSGVO in Verbindung mit § 3 BDSG.
Aufbewahrungsdauer der Bildaufnahmen: Die Bildaufnahmen werden solange aufbewahrt, wie das zu den vorgenannten Zwecken erforderlich ist. Die Bildaufnahmen können intern unbeschränkt aufbewahrt werden, z.B. zur Sicherung von urheberrechtlichen Rechtsansprüchen durch Nachweis von Originalaufnahmen und darüber hinaus aus Gründen zeitgeschichtlicher Dokumentation. Im Fall der Veröffentlichung, können die Aufnahmen solange publiziert werden, wie die jeweiligen Publikationsträger, Artikel oder Beiträge öffentlich zugänglich sind.
Hinweise auf Bildaufnahmen Dritter: Bildaufnahmen können auch von den Teilnehmer*innen der Veranstaltung in deren eigener Verantwortung erstellt werden. Wir bitten die Teilnehmer*innen um gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme auf ihre Persönlichkeitsrechte. Während der Veranstaltung können Medienvertreter*innen vor Ort sein und in eigener Verantwortung Bildaufnahmen erstellen.
Wir bitten Sie besondere Rücksicht auf minderjährige Personen zu nehmen und diese nicht oder nur mit der Einwilligung der Erziehungsberechtigten, bzw. bei Jugendlichen ab dem 16. Lebensjahr mit deren Einwilligung abzulichten.

Notes on photo and video recordings
Pictures and video recordings will be made during the congress. Below we inform you about the nature and purposes of the recordings, the legal basis and your rights.
For our public relations and networking work, we depend on your help. You can support us by allowing yourself to be photographed and filmed so that we can depict the diversity and vibrancy of the scene.
If you do not want your picture to be taken, please let us know at the reception of the congress. You will then receive a sticker that you will wear visibly on your body. The photographers and the public relations staff will take care not to photograph you or to publish the pictures taken with you afterwards.
The images will be used for the following purposes:
Provision of the images for the participants; Internal image database or image archive; Internal use in the association; Use in the internal network (intranet); Provision to sponsors / partners; Presentation and promotion of our own services; References to other and similar events; Our own print media and comparable publications; Our own advertising purposes; Public reporting on the event; Public relations; Use on our website (profil-soziokultur. de as well as fonds-soziokultur.de); publication in social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube); forwarding of image recordings to the press and media; artistic purposes; reference for photographers; use in video productions; video coverage of the event; use for teaching/learning; yearbooks and comparable records; lecture and illustrative purposes.
Type of recordings: Photographs and video recordings.
Legal basis of the recordings: Information of the public and performance of legal duties according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. e. DSGVO in conjunction with § 3 BDSG.
Retention period of the image recordings: The image recordings will be retained for as long as is necessary for the aforementioned purposes. The image recordings can be stored internally for an unlimited period, e.g. to secure copyright legal claims by providing evidence of original recordings and furthermore for reasons of contemporary historical documentation. In case of publication, the recordings can be published as long as the respective publication carriers, articles or contributions are publicly accessible.

Notes on third-party image recordings: Image recordings can also be made by the participants of the event on their own responsibility. We ask the participants to respect each other’s personal rights. Media representatives may be present during the event and take pictures on their own responsibility.
We ask you to be particularly considerate of minors and not to photograph them or only with the consent of their legal guardians or, in the case of young people over the age of 16, with their consent.
